Leads the nonprofit’s accounting and finance function, overseeing financial controls, cash flow, budgeting, audits, payroll, grant accounting, restricted funds, multi-entity reporting, and regulatory compliance. Supervises accounting staff, prepares financial statements and fiscal reports, manages month-end close and complex journal entries, supports audits and grant reimbursements, and advises leadership and the board on financial matters.
