Coordinates fundraising activities, donor stewardship, sponsorships, and nonprofit events. Maintains donor records, prepares reports, supports donor cultivation, manages event logistics and volunteers, coordinates vendors and materials, and assists with community outreach and partnership development.

Supports accounting and financial operations by processing invoices and payments, reconciling reports and ledgers, managing PEX card transactions, reviewing Concur activity, preparing checks, maintaining financial records, and assisting with grant audits and reporting. The role also provides administrative support, resolves payable inquiries, maintains spreadsheets and databases, and contributes to process improvements. Requires accurate financial documentation, deadline management, and effective communication with staff, vendors, and external partners.
