Leads transformational philanthropy involving $10M+ gifts. Manages ultra-high-net-worth donor portfolios, develops gift strategies, coaches relationship managers and executives, supports advisory boards, creates customized donor proposals, and contributes to major campaigns and strategic initiatives. Requires extensive collaboration across a complex organization, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to translate clinical and research priorities into compelling opportunities. National travel, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Lead IT Service Management strategy and delivery across asset management, procurement workflows, invoice processing, telecommunications reporting, and supplier management. Build service roadmaps, strengthen governance and controls, improve audit readiness, and establish reliable metrics and dashboards. Partner with IT leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to optimize asset lifecycles, licensing, spend, risk, and service performance while using automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Analyzes digital product performance across web properties using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, tagging systems, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Develops measurement requirements, tracking specifications, dashboards, and actionable insights for product and marketing teams. Troubleshoots tags and data collection, supports experimentation and quality assurance, establishes analytics standards, and mentors analysts while communicating findings to stakeholders.
