Provide multi-channel donor and volunteer support (phone, email, chat, text, social media); coach and motivate fundraisers; resolve issues and deliver exceptional service; engage Spanish-speaking communities; educate supporters on St. Jude's mission; monitor feedback and recommend improvements; work a hybrid schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, and peak-season availability.

Support enterprise technology adoption by developing and executing change enablement strategies: stakeholder analysis, communications, training, process improvement, workshops, and adoption metrics. Partner with product, IT, and business leaders to assess impacts, create learning resources (including digital/AI-enabled), facilitate training, and monitor sustained adoption. Travel ~10–15%.

Lead documentary-style video production from concept to distribution to advance St. Jude's brand and fundraising. Produce and edit broadcast and online content, conduct on-camera interviews, write scripts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure brand and legal compliance, and manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
