Support enterprise technology adoption by developing and executing change enablement strategies: stakeholder analysis, communications, training, process improvement, workshops, and adoption metrics. Partner with product, IT, and business leaders to assess impacts, create learning resources (including digital/AI-enabled), facilitate training, and monitor sustained adoption. Travel ~10–15%.

Lead documentary-style video production from concept to distribution to advance St. Jude's brand and fundraising. Produce and edit broadcast and online content, conduct on-camera interviews, write scripts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure brand and legal compliance, and manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.

Support content operations for stjude.org by writing, editing, publishing, and maintaining website content in AEM; perform content audits, QA, tagging, and performance analysis; collaborate with UX, product, analytics, and development teams; participate in Agile processes and help optimize content for accessibility and SEO.
