Defines enterprise architecture standards and reusable patterns for AI, agentic AI, and AI-enabled applications. Guides model selection, agent design, security, governance, observability, evaluation, and cost management. Partners with engineering, data, security, enterprise architecture, and business teams to move AI solutions from concept to production. Develops proof-of-concept implementations, reference architectures, and AI lifecycle guidance while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategy.

Develops strategic fundraising content for planned giving, major gifts, direct response, and donor engagement programs. Translates complex medical and scientific information into persuasive donor communications, analyzes campaign results and market trends, and advises on content strategy. Reviews and edits materials for quality and brand alignment, collaborates with writers, designers, project managers, and external partners, and coaches team members while supporting VIP donor correspondence.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise application, platform, and data engineering initiatives. Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains complex applications across multiple systems, while supporting cloud, DevSecOps, data integration, analytics, and architecture solutions. Leads technical design, performs root-cause analysis, gathers stakeholder requirements, conducts code reviews, mentors engineers, and guides projects through the software development lifecycle. The role is fully telecommutable within the United States.
