Lead and oversee all state-level programs, operations, fiscal performance, and staff for SJCS in the DMV. Ensure regulatory and CARF compliance, develop budgets, cultivate stakeholders, and drive strategic growth and quality assurance.

Lead HR strategy and operations across a multi-state nonprofit. Responsibilities include workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR systems (Paycom), and organizational development. Partner with executive leadership to build scalable, consistent HR practices, risk mitigation, and HR metrics/reporting.

Lead accounting operations for a multi-state nonprofit, ensuring GAAP compliance, timely consolidated monthly financials, annual audits, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow and revenue-cycle oversight, internal controls, and finance team leadership. Partner with executive leadership to deliver financial reports, improve billing and reimbursement workflows (Therap), and support strategic growth and compliance.
