Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, delivery, postpartum services, gynecologic diagnosis and surgeries, routine exams and screenings, patient education, multidisciplinary care coordination, and maintaining compliant medical records while pursuing continuing education.

Provide clerical support for providers and patient care staff: enter patient messages into the EMR, manage provider schedules and appointments, answer phones, relay messages, maintain supplies, and prepare medical record forms to ensure timely patient care.

Lead all finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, tax, audit, internal controls and asset management. Provide strategic financial direction, analyze operations for efficiency, manage audits and compliance (Medicare/Medicaid), oversee banking, investments and capital raising, and represent the organization on boards. Coach and develop finance leadership and ensure adherence to accounting policies, annual operating and capital budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Provide diagnostic imaging and patient care, operate radiology equipment, assist radiologists, maintain RIS/EMR records, identify/report equipment issues, support workflow and QA/QC, and help train students.
