Partners with leaders and employees on workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, policy development, recruiting, onboarding, and HR process improvement. Analyzes HRIS and learning-system data to identify trends and support people strategies. Provides guidance on employment laws, compensation, organizational development, and employee lifecycle processes across the healthcare organization.

Manages hospital billing and collections operations, including clean claim submission, cash-flow support, compliance, staffing, training, performance management, budgeting, quality improvement, and record retention. Oversees business office employees, monitors workflows and regulatory controls, coordinates hiring and onboarding, evaluates operational data, and implements process improvements across departments. Collaborates with leadership and vendors while supporting departmental budgets, resource planning, and strategic initiatives.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal, delivery, postpartum services, gynecologic diagnosis and surgeries, routine exams and screenings, patient education, multidisciplinary care coordination, and maintaining compliant medical records while pursuing continuing education.
