Lead all finance functions for St. Croix Health including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, tax, audits, internal controls and asset management. Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and CMS rules, oversee financial statements and budgets, manage payer and banking relationships, represent the organization on boards/committees, and lead and develop finance, business office and supply chain teams.

Partner with leaders to align business objectives and people strategies. Handle employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, policy, recruiting/onboarding, HR metrics, and continuous improvement of People/OD processes.

Provide clerical support for providers and patient care staff: enter patient messages into the EMR, manage provider schedules and appointments, answer phones, relay messages, maintain supplies, and prepare medical record forms to ensure timely patient care.
