Manage two strategic OEM customer accounts, maintaining relationships across purchasing, engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain. Track commercial performance, CRM activity, quotes, pricing, forecasts, market share, revenue, and inventory issues. Lead business reviews, coordinate issue resolution, prepare account analyses, identify growth opportunities, and support new business development. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong analytics, and 25–40% domestic and international travel.

Leads human resources strategy and operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. Oversees site HR teams, employee relations, investigations, workforce planning, talent and performance management, compensation, compliance, HR metrics, and engagement initiatives. Partners with plant and senior leadership to ensure consistent HR practices, address workforce trends, support organizational changes, and improve retention and operational effectiveness. This fully on-site role is based in Louisville, Kentucky, with regular travel to assigned facilities.

Lead optimization and standardization of nickel and zinc plating processes across multiple sites. Responsibilities include process audits, SPC implementation, bath chemistry optimization, defect troubleshooting, corrective actions, SOP and control-plan development, maintenance protocol oversight, continuous improvement, investment planning, technical training, and customer audit support. The role partners with production, quality, and maintenance teams and requires significant travel within the U.S. and Mexico.

Supports manufacturing equipment setup, process implementation, production startups, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process validation, and continuous improvement. The role develops work instructions, engineering drawings, and process documentation; supports tooling and fixture design, modifications, quality and safety initiatives, and new equipment implementation. This onsite entry-level position provides hands-on production-floor experience and mentorship for engineers developing manufacturing and technical leadership skills.

Designs, integrates, and improves manufacturing systems and processes for appliance components. Responsibilities include developing BOMs, routings, production standards, tooling and process designs; supporting costing, product development, supplier and material research; improving ergonomics and equipment utilization; troubleshooting plant issues; and providing floor support for testing, debugging, and new-part launches.

Designs and evaluates mechanical products, systems, equipment, and machine interfaces. Analyzes customer specifications and technical data, coordinates testing, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repairs, and recommends design modifications. Supports automation, manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and engineering decision-making using mathematical and statistical analysis. Works across office and manufacturing plant environments while coordinating engineering personnel and ensuring products meet design and customer requirements.

Leads a manufacturing engineering team while driving process improvements, equipment upgrades, new product launches, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement. Partners with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and uptime. Develops engineers and technicians, manages engineering projects, evaluates tooling and equipment, and maintains engineering documentation and standard work.
