New graduate nurse participates in a 12-month residency and provides age-appropriate adult/geriatric care under an RN preceptor. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication and IV administration, documentation, patient/family education, discharge planning, infection control, safety, participation in quality improvement, and teamwork on variable 12-hour shifts.

Provides administrative support in a healthcare clinic by greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and charts, assisting providers, managing supplies, and coordinating communication among patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff. The role also handles general clerical tasks, office equipment requests, and daily office operations.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations across abdominal, musculoskeletal, breast, and obstetric/gynecologic applications. Explains procedures, obtains patient histories and consent, documents studies in PACS and EMR systems, archives images, and completes billing. Maintains equipment, follows infection-control and safety procedures, supports quality improvement, educates staff, assists with department operations, and provides age-appropriate, respectful patient care.
