Teams at SSM Health

Provide delegated basic nursing care under RN supervision: assist with ADLs, vital signs, specimen collection, documentation, clerical duties, stocking supplies, discharge preparation, and point-of-care testing. Work nights and weekends, maintain patient safety, report changes to licensed nurses, and support inpatient and outpatient needs for patients age three and older.

Performs concurrent reviews of clinical records to improve physician documentation, assign accurate DRG/SOI/ROM, query and educate providers, collaborate with coding staff, and support accurate reimbursement and risk adjustment.

Lead integration of SSM Health's Catholic mission and values across the Oklahoma region. Provide formation, ethics support, pastoral care collaboration, church relations, and guide mission-focused programming and teams. Serve on regional hospital leadership teams and promote organizational alignment with Catholic ethical directives.
