Conduct concurrent utilization review of patient records, ensure CMS compliance, determine appropriate admission status, communicate with physicians and case managers, review Condition Code 44 cases, identify gaps, and support quality improvement efforts while applying evidence-based nursing practice.

Provide front-desk and general clerical support in a podiatry clinic: greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, maintain charts and records, manage supplies, and communicate with care team per protocol.

Provide delegated basic nursing care under RN supervision: collect and document assessments, take vitals, assist with hygiene, ambulation, feeding, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, clerical tasks, stocking supplies, discharge prep, and notify licensed staff of changes. Works inpatient and outpatient with patients age three and older; requires BLS and relevant UAP/CNA/nursing fundamentals.
