Provide transaction-processing services for mutual fund accounts, handling purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account setup. Ensure accuracy and quality, meet productivity goals, research and resolve complex issues with advisors and shareholders, and collaborate virtually. Senior reps review work, coach others, and recommend procedural improvements.

Serve as primary client/investor contact for fund investor services, handle subscriptions/redemptions/transfers, process cash and reconciliations, prepare wire instructions, support audits, coach junior staff, resolve service issues, and contribute to operational and technology improvement initiatives.

Design and develop scalable end-to-end testing frameworks for data stores, pipelines, services, and web front-ends. Implement data validation automation, API load testing, and security testing. Build and lead CI/CD test infrastructure, evaluate and improve automation frameworks, prototype testing tools, and participate in architecture and engineering discussions.
