Operate the Rebalancer application, assist clients through proactive communication, process and resolve client requests, configure client sites, and coordinate with internal departments. The role requires analytical thinking, organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a business, finance, or information systems educational background.

Facilitates client money movement, reconciles bank accounts, processes and quality-checks wires, researches exceptions, and performs share and cash reporting. The role audits work, analyzes root causes and trends, improves processes, documents procedures, and supports team training. Candidates must have financial services or accounting experience, Excel proficiency, strong communication skills, and close attention to detail. The position is hybrid in Denver or Kansas City, with at least six onsite days monthly and Central Time hours.

Manage private equity fund accounting client relationships, oversee capital activity, waterfalls, financial reporting, audits, and tax support. Review fund documents, transactions, allocations, fees, statements, and disclosures while leading junior staff, coordinating timelines, managing client expectations, and supporting process improvements.
