Manage employee lifecycle and performance while leading one or two Scrum teams as a hands-on technical lead. Grow ETF assets and advisor relationships through consultative sales, presentations, events, virtual engagements, and strategic territory planning. Develop sales campaigns, identify opportunities using Salesforce and analytics tools, and collaborate with Portfolio Specialists, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams. The role requires strong ETF, capital markets, and portfolio construction knowledge, successful asset-gathering experience, excellent presentation skills, and an effective travel schedule.

Supervises a team of transfer agency representatives supporting mutual fund operations. Responsibilities include directing daily activities, monitoring performance metrics, coaching and developing employees, ensuring accurate and compliant transaction processing, improving procedures, and delivering high-quality service to clients and shareholders.
