Leads the nationwide Associate Relations function, managing HR specialists and managers, coaching teams, handling escalations, executing enterprise HR policies, monitoring compliance and engagement risks, and driving consistent case quality and operational improvements. Partners with HR business partners and centers of excellence, oversees metrics and workload coverage, and supports training, change initiatives, and field leadership across multiple locations.

Oversee shipment operations, monitor deliveries, maintain transportation records, resolve branch logistics issues, optimize freight routes and costs, and support continuous improvement. The role collaborates with purchasing, shipping, receiving, vendors, and branches; provides transportation analysis and recommendations; and mentors new team members. It requires occasional travel to branch and vendor locations in a hybrid work environment.
