Teams at SRS Distribution

Manage sales orders and customer inquiries, process quotes, document CRM activity, support Territory Managers across active accounts, coordinate order-to-cash with Credit Team, provide administrative reporting, and represent the company at industry events to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Operate and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, meet production and quality targets, perform routine maintenance, document output and material usage, follow safety procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a team environment.

Develop new leads and revive lost customers in the building materials industry via proactive outbound calls and CRM. Support outside sales, process orders, prepare demos/proposals, track performance, and collaborate with credit and lead generation teams. Maintain meticulous records, drive digital adoption, and represent the company at industry events while delivering excellent customer service.
