Lead and mentor a small engineering team to design, build, and deliver cloud-native web applications. Partner with product, architecture, and security to define technical roadmaps, enforce scalable microservices and serverless patterns, manage HR tasks, drive CI/CD and IaC (Terraform), ensure security and reliability, and adopt AI-enabled engineering practices.

Drive sales growth and customer retention across a defined, multimillion-dollar territory. Develop sales strategies, prospect for new business, manage contractor and builder relationships, conduct business reviews, analyze performance data, represent the company at industry events, and promote digital sales tools. The role provides indirect leadership to sales representatives, requires collaboration with branch and regional managers, and involves up to 50% travel within the territory.

Coordinates daily warehouse operations, work orders, inventory control, purchasing, cycle counts, order processing, and delivery dispatch. Uses Agility and routing software to track stock, prevent duplicate orders, and ensure timely deliveries. Resolves customer complaints, supports loading and unloading, balances end-of-day transactions, and collaborates with branch leadership, warehouse staff, vendors, and delivery teams. The role is primarily on-site and includes occasional travel to regional branches.
