Partners with the Sales Director to increase senior living community occupancy through lead generation, responsive follow-up, home visits, personalized tours, events, and prospect relationship building. Uses CRM, OneDay, and Yardi tools to manage outreach, track conversion metrics, analyze sales performance, and achieve monthly move-in and occupancy goals. Requires frequent collaboration with department heads and community leadership.

Leads the assisted living program, overseeing daily operations, budgets, resident assessments, care plans, medication programs, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and staff hiring and supervision. Coordinates care with families, healthcare providers, pharmacists, hospitals, and community organizations. Partners with sales, business office, executive leadership, and wellness teams to support resident needs, service plans, billing continuity, safety, and quality outcomes.

Leads the assisted living program and manages daily operations, budgets, staffing, compliance, resident assessments, care plans, medication programs, incident investigations, and service coordination. The role supervises a large team, recruits and trains employees, collaborates with healthcare providers and families, monitors performance indicators, oversees resident wellness programs, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and Nurse Practice Acts.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and is scheduled every other weekend from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
