Serve as the community receptionist: greet visitors, monitor entry security, require sign-ins, answer and route phones, assist residents with office tasks (copies, postage, notary), maintain supplies and emergency contacts, and work comfortably with seniors.

Support the community sales team with lead follow-up, CRM management (75% of time), scheduling and conducting tours, creating personalized video outreach, organizing sales events, and coordinating with dining and community staff to drive move-ins and deliver excellent prospect experiences.
