Drive occupancy by generating leads, conducting personalized tours and home visits, and following up promptly using CRM and OneDay video outreach. Collaborate with Sales Director and community teams, track Yardi and CRM metrics, and meet monthly move-in and conversion targets through strategic sales planning and consistent prospect engagement.

Partner with the Sales Director to increase occupancy through lead generation, personalized tours, home visits, strategic follow-up, and CRM-driven reporting. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets, use OneDay videos and Yardi reports, and collaborate with community teams to achieve move-ins and conversion goals.

Provide compassionate nursing care in a senior living community: administer medications and treatments per physician orders, perform resident assessments and update care plans, supervise resident assistants/Med Aides, assist with staffing and scheduling, monitor treatment responses, and communicate with residents, families, and care coordinators.

Lead and manage the Assisted Living program including day-to-day operations, care planning, regulatory compliance, staffing (hire/ supervise), medication oversight, resident assessments, family and provider coordination, KPI monitoring, budgeting, and collaboration with Executive Director and business office.

Provide medication preparation and administration, document care in eMAR and Yardi EHR, assist residents with ADLs, monitor and report condition changes, perform med room maintenance and narcotic counts, respond to emergencies, and support care team with training and incident documentation.

Provide compassionate nursing care to assisted living residents, including assessments, medication and treatment administration per physician orders, supervising aides/caregivers, and assisting with staffing and daily clinical operations.
