Partner with the Sales Director to increase occupancy through lead generation, personalized tours, home visits, strategic follow-up, and CRM-driven reporting. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets, use OneDay videos and Yardi reports, and collaborate with community teams to achieve move-ins and conversion goals.

Provide compassionate nursing care in a senior living community: administer medications and treatments per physician orders, perform resident assessments and update care plans, supervise resident assistants/Med Aides, assist with staffing and scheduling, monitor treatment responses, and communicate with residents, families, and care coordinators.
