Provides executive-level liaison and public relations support to the Tribal Council. Manages intergovernmental relations, responds to constituent concerns, advises on policy and strategy, coordinates multi-entity projects, assists with council agendas, and serves as trustee/alternate trustee for tribal funds. Acts as spokesperson and mediator, ensuring transparency and effective resolution of community issues.

Provide system administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-call support for servers, virtualization (Nutanix AHV), identity (Active Directory/Entra ID), Microsoft 365 services, networking, backups, disaster recovery, and security incident response. Document systems, follow change management, guide Help Desk, and support audits.

Perform advanced accounting and financial management for NWITC including financial reporting, budget monitoring, A/P and A/R processing, grant and contract tracking, reconciliations, audit preparation, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with GAAP, Tribal, federal and grant requirements, support payroll allocations and purchasing, and provide financial guidance to leadership while maintaining confidentiality and organized records for audits and reporting.
