Provide Tier 1-2 Epic (OCHIN) EHR support and administration across environments; troubleshoot issues, train users, manage tickets, optimize workflows, assist with upgrades/changes, ensure HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliance, and collaborate with vendors and clinical teams to improve system performance and adoption.

Lead NWITC's visual identity and communications strategy through branding, graphic design, photography/videography, digital content, social media management, website updates, and community outreach. Produce culturally responsive, trauma-informed materials, maintain media libraries and brand standards, coordinate referral and outreach relationships, and support internal and external communications to increase awareness and partnerships.
