Manage commodities trade operations across physical and derivative products, including trade validation, confirmations, affirmations, settlements, reconciliations, lifecycle events, exception monitoring, option processing, and counterparty onboarding. Support process improvements, new business initiatives, and technology applications while maintaining accurate positions, cash, and trade records.

Leads global security operations, including SOC/MDR oversight, detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, digital forensics, cyber recovery, vulnerability management, and operational resilience. Owns strategy, roadmaps, metrics, playbooks, executive reporting, provider governance, and team development while coordinating serious cyber incidents across technical, legal, compliance, and senior stakeholder groups.

Supports HR operations across EMEA, including employee onboarding and offboarding, HRIS record maintenance, payroll inputs, leave management, employee inquiries, immigration coordination, employment confirmations, and reference requests. The role monitors the HR inbox, collaborates with global HR teams, supports HR projects, and coordinates with employees, payroll specialists, and external immigration counsel. Occasional travel is required.
