Lead HR operations for multiple EMEA countries from Geneva: advise leaders, manage employee relations, oversee payroll and immigration, ensure legal compliance, run HR projects and transformations, provide reporting, and manage a small HR team.

Provide first- and second-level on-site and remote desktop support for ~2,000 global users in a Windows/virtual desktop environment. Manage incidents and service requests within SLAs, maintain runbooks and KB articles, handle hardware/inventory and procurement, collaborate with L2/L3 teams and vendors, participate in rotational on-call coverage, and support projects as assigned.

The candidate will administer Windows servers and virtualization environments, focusing on automation, security, and compliance in a financial services setting. Responsibilities include PowerShell scripting, managing VMware infrastructure, and integrating Microsoft 365 services.
