Provides first-line technical support across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments. Troubleshoots hardware, software, operating system, and network issues; manages accounts, permissions, onboarding, offboarding, IT assets, and service desk tickets. Maintains documentation and knowledge-base content while partnering with Infrastructure and Security teams. The role also supports endpoint management, cloud collaboration platforms, and basic scripting or automation.

Execute manual and automated tests for AI-driven features and embedded systems, expand Python-based test frameworks, create test plans and traceability, use CI and API testing tools, prepare test reports, and apply QA standards and continuous improvement practices.

Drive mechanical product development from concept through mass production, including CAD modeling, detailed drawings, BOMs, prototyping, validation testing, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA optimization, FMEAs, supplier coordination, and field support. Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and optical engineering teams to deliver manufacturable products meeting quality, cost, and schedule goals.
