Lead and oversee the Income Assistance Program with culturally safe, trauma-informed services. Ensure ISC compliance, manage budgets and reporting, support staff development, build internal and external partnerships, design initiatives (e.g., financial literacy, employment pathways), supervise the Food Bank, and analyze data to improve client outcomes and program effectiveness.

Seabird Island seeks qualified Indigenous coaches to provide holistic one-hour coaching (mental, emotional, spiritual, physical) to staff and Council. Coaches must be available Monday–Friday, hold formal coaching certification, have experience working with Indigenous communities, and join a roster for on-call assignments. Applicants submit cover letter, proof of certification, resume/CV, references, and rates.

Responsible for identifying funding opportunities, drafting and managing grant and proposal submissions, ensuring compliance and reporting, supporting implementation and project coordination, producing strategic written materials and communications, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining proposal tracking and relationships with funders and leadership.
