Supports marketing communications, social media, content creation, digital platform updates, events, community engagement, and performance tracking. Also serves as the corporate office’s first point of contact and handles mail, emails, supplies, meeting rooms, filing, document preparation, and general administration. The role combines creative marketing work with day-to-day office coordination and special project support.

Leads Seabird Island’s Aboriginal rights, title, self-governance, natural resources, referrals, and language revitalization portfolios. The role oversees development referrals, negotiations, partnerships, policies, environmental stewardship, budgets, reporting, and staff leadership. It provides strategic advice to leadership and represents community interests with governments, industry, and Indigenous communities while advancing culturally grounded, sustainable land and resource management.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, reconciliations, cost analysis, full-cycle accounting, audits, tax filings, and financial process improvements. Partners with department leaders, auditors, funding agencies, and internal stakeholders to monitor expenditures and provide insights for organizational decision-making. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on ethical practices and culturally respectful collaboration.
