Territory Sales Manager responsible for end-to-end sales of liquid handling and sample management systems across the Northeast and Eastern Canada. Duties include prospecting, demos, trade shows, relationship building with labs and partners, CRM management, collaboration with internal teams, and up to 50% travel to meet territory targets.

Lead mechanical engineering for laboratory systems: investigate and resolve field/manufacturing issues, drive design changes from concept to production, act as mechanical lead and systems integrator across electronics/firmware/software, contribute to risk assessments and DFM, support service teams, and champion longer-term product improvements.

Support stores operations including goods receipt, inventory booking, order picking, consumables processing, stock checks, and housekeeping. Use WMS or scanners, follow FIFO and health & safety procedures, liaise with production teams, report discrepancies, and assist with general warehouse duties to maintain accuracy and flow.

Lead and grow an electronics engineering team responsible for electronics, motion control, and low-level system integration across the product lifecycle. Own architecture, hands-on circuit and PCB design, debugging, verification, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver reliable laboratory automation products.

Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ firmware for ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers in laboratory robotics. Implement motor and actuator control, integrate sensors and third-party modules over CAN/Ethernet/UART/SPI/I2C, design firmware architecture, ensure reliability and diagnostics, debug hardware/software interactions, contribute to PC-side C# .NET code, mentor junior engineers, and produce technical documentation.

Own annual sales targets for the Apricot liquid handling product line across the US East Coast. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, outbound lead generation, post-sales support, pipeline ownership, CRM management, cross-selling, and supporting territory/key account managers. Regular regional travel and strong knowledge of laboratory workflows, automated liquid handling, and sales processes required.

Lead a small UK/US IT team to run day-to-day IT operations: own helpdesk, asset and user lifecycle, M365 administration, networking troubleshooting, procurement, documentation, security operations, and infrastructure support while reporting operational metrics to the IT Director.
