Paid summer internships and graduate opportunities in software, mechanical, electronics, manufacturing, biology, and chemistry. Participants work on real projects involving laboratory instruments, receive mentorship, and collaborate with an early-career cohort. Applicants should be undergraduate, master’s, final-year, or recent graduates studying engineering, computer science, physics, biology, chemistry, or a related subject. Industry experience is not required.

Supports the Aftersales business through weekly KPI reporting, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and variance analysis. Partners with commercial and operations teams to explain performance drivers, monitor service revenue, utilization, renewals, warranties, and consumables trends. Maintains installed-base and financial data across ERP and Salesforce, contributes to capacity planning, presents insights to management, and improves reporting processes. The role also supports month-end activities and offers accountancy qualification development.

Analyzes manufacturing costs, standard costs, inventory valuations, and production variances. Supports month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, physical inventory controls, and IFRS compliance. Partners with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and finance teams to improve costing accuracy, margin visibility, reporting, and operational controls. Builds Excel-based cost models and reconciliations while investigating inventory discrepancies and supporting corrective actions.
