Serves as the primary customer contact for scheduling, order acceptance, contract compliance, rescheduling, and production updates. Coordinates with Production Control, Sales, and Purchasing to resolve issues, confirm manufacturing feasibility, and maintain customer service levels. Hosts customer visits, manages relationships, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, confidentiality, and company procedures.
