Owns a portfolio of donor-funded and private-sector programs across Nigeria, managing scope, budgets, compliance, reporting, risks, stakeholders, vendors, field operations, data quality, and delivery timelines. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, government agencies, donors, and implementation partners while improving project systems, templates, and operating procedures. It also supports monitoring, learning, proposals, and program expansion.

Leads AISHA’s technology strategy, architecture, AI/ML development, engineering teams, infrastructure, security, compliance, and product delivery. Oversees NLP, diagnostic reasoning, health recommendations, LLM integrations, cloud scalability, responsible AI, and healthcare data governance. Partners with clinical, product, regulatory, legal, executive, investor, and technology stakeholders while recruiting and mentoring technical talent and managing vendors and integrations.

Leads state-level programme delivery by supervising Field Officers, coordinating field schedules, coaching performance, managing PPMV and government relationships, overseeing data quality and compliance, coordinating training and logistics, and preparing weekly performance reports. The role combines direct field engagement with team leadership, stakeholder management, materials accountability, and escalation handling across assigned LGAs.

Own product areas across a digital portfolio, leading discovery, requirements documentation, delivery coordination, launches, adoption tracking, and post-launch optimisation. The role partners with Engineering, QA, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Operations, customers, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining product problems, managing backlogs and sprints, preparing release materials, monitoring success metrics, communicating risks and decisions, and driving iterative improvements with minimal supervision.

Supports the full data analysis lifecycle for public health, product integrity, and commercial datasets. Responsibilities include data collection, cleaning, validation, statistical and epidemiological analysis, monitoring and evaluation, KPI tracking, dashboard development, donor reporting, data collection tool design, and cross-functional analytical support. The role translates complex health and programme data into actionable insights for leadership, donors, stakeholders, and external partners.
