Own RapidForge Nigeria’s full industrial B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and factory visits through contracts and first delivery. Activate an existing Lagos network of plant, maintenance, production, and procurement contacts; generate and close opportunities across FMCG, Oil & Gas, and Automotive; build the sales pipeline; develop referral relationships; coordinate with technical teams; and represent the company at industry events.

Own the end-to-end publication pipeline for grant-funded research, managing up to ten concurrent programs and external academic collaborators. Lead manuscript development, technical reports, conference submissions, research protocols, ethical and IRB submissions, data repository submissions, and grant-aligned reporting. Partner with Data & Analytics, Grants, leadership, regulators, and university collaborators to deliver publications, maintain research trackers, ensure compliance, and strengthen Sproxil’s scientific visibility.

Owns a portfolio of donor-funded and private-sector programs across Nigeria, managing scope, budgets, compliance, reporting, risks, stakeholders, vendors, field operations, data quality, and delivery timelines. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, government agencies, donors, and implementation partners while improving project systems, templates, and operating procedures. It also supports monitoring, learning, proposals, and program expansion.
