Provide onsite administrative support to Springwell staff, especially the Quality and Contract team. Duties include data entry, reports, audit support, document organization, mail/phone/email handling, receptionist coverage, and maintaining supply and meeting spaces.

Provide telephone, email, and in-person information and referrals to older adults, caregivers, and people with disabilities. Assess needs, research community resources, maintain and update provider records and informational materials, collaborate with colleagues, and connect consumers to internal and external services to support independent living.

Manage Senior Care Options and One Care contracts with six insurers; provide administrative and clinical supervision to four supervisors and ~20 care coordinators; ensure compliance through QA/QI and continuous improvement; maintain collaborative relationships with clinical and fiscal external partners and lead program operations.

Manage consumer billing to private contracts, submit and track insurance claims, correct denied/rejected claims, perform high-volume data entry, update consumer records, resolve vendor billing issues, and support invoicing and monthly reporting.

Manage and oversee regional Assisted Living Residence ombudsman services to advocate for residents' rights, ensure compliance with the Older Americans Act and state regulations, liaise with the State Ombudsman Unit, supervise staff, maintain program records, and conduct outreach and investigations to protect older adults and people with disabilities.

Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff in Senior Care Options and One Care programs. Oversee training, performance feedback, compliance with program regulations, coordinate and monitor services, and support interdisciplinary collaboration with contracted health plans.

Provide in-home case management to older adults and individuals with disabilities: make home visits, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop person-centered care plans, document care, run reports, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support aging in place.
