The Billing Specialist manages consumer billing for private contracts, including submitting insurance claims, tracking authorization requirements, correcting denied or rejected claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement. The role also updates consumer records, resolves vendor billing issues, performs high-volume data entry, prepares invoices, runs reports, and provides administrative support to the Finance Team. The position is hybrid but requires in-office work in Waltham.

Supervise Senior Care Options and One Care staff providing home visits, needs assessments, service coordination, and monitoring. Train employees, provide performance feedback, and ensure services comply with program regulations and agency standards. The role collaborates with private health insurance partners and requires a bachelor’s degree, social services experience, supervisory capability, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
