Teams at Springwell

Conduct comprehensive assessments of older adults, perform home visits, determine eligibility for in-home services, create care plans, coordinate vendor services, document information in a statewide database, and communicate with families, staff, and community professionals.

Manages and oversees regional assisted living ombudsman services, advocating for residents’ rights and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and host-agency requirements. The role coordinates with the State Ombudsman Unit, supervises or leads program activities, supports older adults and people with disabilities, and maintains effective administrative, communication, and organizational practices.

Provides onsite administrative support to Springwell’s Quality and Contract team, including project materials, data entry, reports, vendor audit support, contract documentation, correspondence, filing, reception coverage, and office organization. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, flexibility, independent work, teamwork, and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
