Greet and check guests in/out, handle payments and account postings, operate switchboard, assist with reservations and guest inquiries, resolve complaints, collaborate with departments, follow safety and company procedures, assist guests with disabilities, and complete daily checklists.

Lead and supervise hotel sales team: develop business plans, set and track sales targets, coordinate with marketing on lead generation, train and develop staff, report results, and ensure excellent customer service to meet revenue goals.
