Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including application screening, candidate sourcing, hiring-manager collaboration, interviews, onboarding, background checks, and compliance audits. Builds recruiting partnerships with community organizations, colleges, agencies, and advertising providers; participates in job fairs and recruiting events; conducts candidate outreach; and supports benefits administration and employee communications. Ensures compliance with employment laws, I-9 requirements, and applicable agency regulations.

The role monitors expenditures, resolves documentation gaps, supports individuals and families, attends planning meetings, reports incidents, and provides employer-of-record guidance. Travel to meetings and Springbrook locations is required.
