Reviews and updates a data analytics bootcamp curriculum, develops lessons and learning aids, and ensures content reflects current entry-level industry expectations. Creates exercises, projects, assessments, and business scenarios covering Excel, SQL, Python, statistics, reporting, visualization, financial analysis, and AI-assisted workflows. Evaluates technical accuracy, teaches responsible AI use, and helps learners communicate analytical insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Serve as the primary People Operations partner for India, managing employee lifecycle operations, HRIS records, payroll coordination, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, vendor management, and compliance with Indian labor laws. The role also supports global HR alignment, policy implementation, employee engagement, workplace relations, and recruitment reporting across tech, product, and business operations teams.

Build and own full-stack products end to end, from requirements gathering with operational teams through design, development, deployment, instrumentation, and iteration. Develop GenAI capabilities using LLMs, agents, RAG, and workflow automation. Manage reliability through testing, code review, production support, and technical debt reduction. Collaborate clearly with nontechnical stakeholders, and at senior levels lead ambiguous projects and mentor engineers.

Owns end-to-end development of instructional content across written, video, live, audio, and other modalities. Acts as a learning producer for new courses, collaborates with subject matter experts and instructors, writes and edits learner-focused materials, leverages AI tools, maintains content standards, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to meet learning objectives and launch timelines.

Owns end-to-end operations, quality, recruiting, onboarding, capacity planning, performance management, and deployment for mentors and live instructors across education programs. Manages a talent operations team, builds scalable processes, monitors performance and coverage through data and dashboards, mitigates staffing risks, and partners cross-functionally with program, support, operations, and career services teams.

Leads end-to-end delivery and operational success for Springboard’s Allied Health and AI program portfolio across B2C and B2B. Manages teams, designs learner-support processes, identifies delivery risks, develops scalable infrastructure, guides experimentation, and builds strong external partnerships. The role requires strategic ownership, cross-functional influence, operational judgment, AI fluency, and people leadership to launch new initiatives and improve retention, engagement, completion, satisfaction, and program outcomes.

Own enterprise customer relationships from program launch through renewal. Lead onboarding, implementation, cohort launches, account cadences, business reviews, issue resolution, program health monitoring, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Admissions, Program Success, Finance, and Learning teams while reporting outcomes such as completion, placement, and NPS. Build scalable processes and represent client needs internally.
