Lead onboarding, implementation, cohort launches, account cadences, business reviews, issue resolution, program health monitoring, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Admissions, Program Success, Finance, and Learning teams while reporting outcomes such as completion, placement, and NPS. Build scalable processes and represent client needs internally.
