Own the experimentation and conversion optimization roadmap for digital properties and landing pages. Lead A/B and multivariate testing, improve ad-to-page alignment and SEO, manage WordPress landing page updates, analyze GA4 and Hotjar behavior, and optimize forms, quote requests, enrollments, and calls. Partner with paid media, SEO, UX, and development teams while reporting conversion lifts, CPA savings, and ROI insights to leadership.

The Treasury Analyst manages daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank statement monitoring, disbursements, and banking operations. Responsibilities include cash reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, working capital analysis, budget forecasting, internal cash controls, audit support, and financial variance reporting. The role uses Excel, Workday, Snowflake, and AI tools to automate reconciliations and improve liquidity modeling while collaborating with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, banks, vendors, and leadership.

Calculates and administers variable compensation for sales teams, verifies commission payouts, resolves compensation inquiries, and supports FP&A through forecasting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, ad hoc reporting, and financial modeling. The role requires strong data integrity, confidentiality, cross-functional collaboration, and advanced Excel skills, with Snowflake, SQL, and AI tool experience preferred.
