Partner with paid media, SEO, UX, and development teams while reporting conversion lifts, CPA savings, and ROI insights to marketing leadership.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for engagement routing and contact-center products. Conduct product discovery, research customer and agent needs, define requirements, manage third-party integrations, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, sales operations, and stakeholders. Ensure regulatory compliance, apply AI tools in product work, lead Agile delivery, and champion innovation and customer value.
