Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for engagement routing and contact-center products. Conduct product discovery, research customer and agent needs, define requirements, manage third-party integrations, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, sales operations, and stakeholders. Ensure regulatory compliance, apply AI tools in product work, lead Agile delivery, and champion innovation and customer value.

Leads complex, enterprise-wide strategic programs across departments, managing planning, OKRs, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and delivery. Oversees the customer survey lifecycle, including Qualtrics platform management, survey strategy, feedback integration, reporting, and actionable customer insights. Champions program management methodologies, AI-enabled tools, process improvement, and cross-functional decision-making while aligning initiatives with organizational priorities and KPIs.

Provide legal support for the Compliance Department, advising on federal, state, and local laws (including HIPAA and TCPA), reviewing and drafting contracts and policies, assisting litigation management, contributing to compliance work plans, assessing compliance/privacy/operational risk, and supporting implementation of the companys compliance program.
