Sell and integrate SmartConnect partnerships with TPAs, financial advisors, associations, and health systems. Manage full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, demos, contracting, negotiation, activation, and hand-off to Account Management. Maintain pipeline in Salesforce, generate leads via ZoomInfo/LinkedIn, coordinate cross-functional collateral and implementation, attend industry conferences, and meet partner acquisition and referral volume targets.

This role focuses on compliance within health insurance, involving legal research, contract reviews, and developing compliance policies. Responsibilities include risk assessment and managing litigation.
