Greet and check in patients, manage clinic schedules, facilitate patient readiness, schedule appointments and anesthesia, process payments and receipts, and proactively advocate for patients to ensure a smooth clinical experience.

Greet and check patients in/out, manage clinic schedule, schedule appointments and anesthesia, process payments, monitor patient readiness and compliance, and advocate for patient needs to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Support IVF laboratory operations through EMR data entry, paperwork and supplies preparation, lab cleaning and biohazard disposal, inventory and shipping coordination, and collaborating with the Laboratory Director and IVF team to improve processes and ensure efficient workflow.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and case management for fertility patients. Coordinate treatment for Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation, order time-sensitive medications, establish rapport with patients, and maintain a safe clinical environment. Support high-volume patient portfolios and work early hours, rotational weekends, and holidays.
