Provide administrative and operational HR support across field locations: assist People Business Partners, manage HRIS data and reporting, handle employee lifecycle events, benefits administration, LOA/ADA tracking, respond to employee inquiries, maintain HR documentation, and support process improvements and compliance.

Greet and check in patients, manage clinic schedules, facilitate patient readiness, schedule appointments and anesthesia, process payments and receipts, and proactively advocate for patients to ensure a smooth clinical experience.
