Teams at Spring Fertility

Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle: maintain HRIS data integrity, process employee transactions, support benefits and leave administration, respond to employee inquiries, maintain compliance and documentation, troubleshoot systems, produce reports, and recommend process improvements to scale People Ops.

Provide patient-centered nursing care and case management for fertility patients. Coordinate treatments (Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, Egg Donation), order time-sensitive medications, build rapport, and maintain a safe clinic environment while working onsite with early hours, rotational weekends, and holidays.
