Coordinates core People Team processes across multiple locations, including employee lifecycle administration, HRIS data management, benefits support, compliance activities, employee inquiries, records maintenance, and HR business partner assistance. Supports separations, employee relations, leave and accommodation requests, reporting, benefits enrollment, vendor coordination, and process improvement while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and service quality.

Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, medical practices, wellness providers, and community partners to increase patient referrals. Conduct physician outreach, develop prospective accounts, introduce physicians to the market, track referral activity and outreach effectiveness, coordinate educational and community events, maintain physician outreach schedules, and collaborate with Marketing on outreach materials. The field-based role requires regional travel and participation in events outside normal business hours.

Welcomes and supports fertility clinic patients by managing check-in and checkout, scheduling appointments and surgical center anesthesia, coordinating clinic schedules, monitoring visit readiness, processing payments, preparing finance receipts, and advocating for patients. This full-time onsite role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, a professional attitude, early hours, and rotating weekends and holidays.
