Conduct outbound calls to truck drivers and owner-operators, qualify leads, gather information, and create accurate candidate profiles. Manage CRM records, complete at least eight profiles daily, respond to leads within 24 hours, address questions professionally, and coordinate lead transitions with the recruitment team while maintaining strong customer service and accuracy.

Provides technical support and troubleshooting for ELD hardware, software, and connectivity. Trains drivers and dispatchers on ELD use, Hours of Service, and electronic log maintenance. Monitors data for FMCSA compliance, identifies exceptions, prepares reports, resolves user questions, documents recurring issues, and coordinates escalations with vendors or IT. Maintains knowledge of changing regulations and supports process improvements across fleet operations.

Supports paid media campaigns and tracking across multiple advertising platforms. Responsibilities include setting up and troubleshooting pixels, events, conversions, UTM parameters, and analytics tools; validating data collection; investigating attribution discrepancies; maintaining tracking documentation; and analyzing campaign performance. The role requires hands-on familiarity with advertising platforms, event tracking, analytics systems, and basic website elements, with an emphasis on accurate measurement and technical troubleshooting.
