Conduct outbound calls to truck drivers and owner-operators, qualify leads, gather accurate information, and create at least eight detailed profiles daily. Maintain CRM records, address questions professionally, respond to leads within 24 hours, and transition qualified leads to the recruitment team while meeting accuracy and productivity targets.

Maintains accurate applicant records, monitors candidate progress through the recruiting workflow, identifies stalled applications, follows up with recruiters, reports data issues, and prepares daily and weekly recruiting reports. The role requires CRM or applicant tracking system experience, spreadsheet skills, strong attention to detail, clear communication, reliable internet, and availability during US Central business hours.

Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap development, market research, customer engagement, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to define requirements, deliver features, and improve user experiences. Track KPIs, analyze performance, prioritize initiatives, and ensure products align with customer needs and business objectives throughout development and launch.
