The Account Manager will manage TikTok Shop accounts, focusing on client operations, account health, execution of plans, and cross-team coordination, with opportunities for strategic growth and mentorship.

This role supports TikTok Shop operations by translating strategies into actions, managing campaigns, tracking metrics, and ensuring smooth execution across brand accounts.

Lead strategy and P&L for flagship TikTok Shop clients, manage a pod of account and creator managers, drive GMV and margin growth, run WBRs/QBRs, build affiliate/creator programs, oversee live shopping events, align paid media and measurement, mentor juniors, and create scalable playbooks.

Coordinate end-to-end paid creator campaigns for TikTok Shop brands: identify and onboard creators, manage contracts and product logistics, serve as day-to-day creator contact, track deliverables and payments, maintain campaign records, and report status to the Creator Management team.
