Own and grow a portfolio of TikTok Shop creators, develop creator strategies for brand partners, recruit talent, and manage campaigns from briefing through delivery. The role involves creator and client relationship management, performance analysis, coaching, community programs, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to increase creator engagement, brand revenue, and network growth.
