Teams at Spotlight Marketing and Branding

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for professional firms, especially law firms. Responsibilities include keyword research, bidding, budgets, negative keywords, ad copy, conversion tracking, landing-page CRO, lead-quality monitoring, performance reporting, and continuous testing. The role requires generating at least 50 qualified leads monthly, managing meaningful budgets, and demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and Google Ads expertise.

Supports one or two small-business clients across marketing campaigns, landing pages, automations, social media, content, advertising, email marketing, design, and video editing. The role includes ongoing training, AI-related learning, client collaboration, and participation in a virtual marketing community. Candidates must be based in Mexico, have at least two years of marketing experience, advanced English, reliable internet, a personal computer, and strong organizational and communication skills.
