Partner with CX for onboarding and collaborate with SDRs, product specialists, and marketing to ensure strong customer experience.

Design end-to-end product experiences across web and native mobile, focusing on AI-first features, offline/syncing UX, and scalable design system components. Run user research and usability testing, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and deliver polished, production-ready interfaces that improve field sales workflows.

Guide customers through onboarding to achieve Time to Value, drive an 85% graduation rate, manage account health and at-risk customers, deliver product training, maintain data integrity in Catalyst, identify upsell opportunities, and complete CSM handovers to ensure retention and adoption.
