Teams at Spot & Tango

Own strategic operations for Spot & Tango and PupGum, developing initiatives that improve margins, scalability, customer experience, product innovation, procurement, fulfillment, and growth. Manage manufacturers and supply partners, negotiate contracts, identify cost savings, oversee pilots and new product initiatives, and translate customer insights and performance data into product and R&D improvements. The role requires independent project ownership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid startup environment.

Maintains and troubleshoots automated freeze-drying, packaging, and facility equipment. Performs preventative maintenance, calibration, repairs, root-cause analysis, installations, upgrades, and automation adjustments across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and motor-control systems. Maintains accurate records and follows food safety, GMP, OSHA, PPE, and hygiene requirements while supporting production uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Lead strategic finance, FP&A, treasury, and capital planning. Build models, drive budgeting/forecasting, partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, support financings/M&A, and own FP&A systems and transformation.
