Supports FP&A and operations finance through budgeting, forecasting, inventory and product costing, financial modeling, variance analysis, capital investment evaluation, supplier cost analysis, and manufacturing finance partnership. Builds operational models for capacity, labor, throughput, and unit costs; supports month-end close; evaluates ROI and make-versus-buy decisions; and provides strategic insights to improve efficiency, margins, and resource allocation.

Own and scale YouTube, Search, Shopping, and emerging paid media channels to drive efficient customer acquisition. Develop testing roadmaps, manage budgets and pacing, evaluate creative and audience performance, reconcile attribution sources, build BI dashboards, and identify growth opportunities. Partner with creative, influencer, product, data, and platform teams to improve performance and diversify the media mix.

Leads strategic projects by building analytical models, evaluating growth opportunities, developing decision frameworks, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Owns consumer and competitor research, including surveys and interviews, while monitoring market activity. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to create execution plans, track risks, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
