One of the most fulfilling parts of my role is being surrounded by people who genuinely care about each other, about our mission, and about growing together! The culture here is not just something we talk about; it’s something we live every day. I’m incredibly proud to be part of a team where values and people come first.

Every day at S&T is different, which is one of my favorite parts of the job and the company. S&T is a fast-paced start-up that allows me the opportunity to wear multiple different hats and work on various tasks cross-functionally. The projects I am working on are things that haven't been addressed previously which allows me to think critically.

I've been with S&T for 2 years now, and I am thoroughly enjoying the journey! The company's continued success is evident from the positive workplace culture of its employees on a daily basis. I've seen the company grow from a WeWork room to our own HQ. I enjoy the challenges that come with an ever evolving business + working with great people!

I'm constantly inspired and energized by the people I work with at S&T. People are dedicated, ambitious, and sharp, yet at the end of the day feel more like friends than colleagues because everyone leads firstly with kindness and care. We're united in our goals yet never take ourselves too seriously!

Over the years that I’ve worked at S&T, as the company has grown tremendously, I’ve been so impressed with how leadership has maintained a small-team culture invested in all of our beloved pets’ wellbeing. I have daily visibility into how my work affects pet parents’ experience, which makes S&T such a fulfilling place to work!
