Manage and grow assigned customer accounts in a logistics marketplace. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, quoting freight services, resolving issues, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating load management with internal carrier and logistics teams. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, problem-solving, and customer support skills in a fast-paced onsite environment.

The Corporate Recruiter will work with hiring managers to lead the hiring process, source candidates, conduct screenings, and manage interviews while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Prospect and manage customer accounts in logistics: develop account-specific growth strategies, quote and negotiate freight solutions, coordinate freight operations (load building, scheduling, carrier coordination), resolve shipment issues, and meet monthly sales margin, revenue, and service KPI targets.

Design and implement .NET/C# features integrating AI services (agentic workflows, RAG, vector DBs). Improve performance, contribute to architecture, use source control, participate in code reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to deploy scalable AI-enabled solutions.
