Requires reliability, basic software comfort, and availability for nights and weekends.

Run one or more youth activity zones, maintaining safety, high participation, smooth rotations, and positive energy. Enforce rules, monitor the full area, respond to incidents, provide brief coaching-adjacent guidance, demonstrate activities, and communicate professionally with children and parents. The role requires staying active and engaged throughout shifts, completing safety training and a background check, and holding or obtaining CPR and First Aid certification.
