Welcomes guests and provides fast, accurate check-in at Sportyard. Verifies waivers and bookings, explains facility information, answers questions, enters bookings and notes accurately, flags issues, and handles minor frustrations calmly. The role represents the brand professionally, maintains consistent standards, and supports a smooth guest experience during busy periods. Requires reliability, basic software comfort, and availability for nights and weekends.

Leads activity-zone floor operations during busy periods, ensuring staffing, smooth transitions, safety compliance, rule enforcement, and positive guest experiences. Coaches Zone Facilitators in real time, supports onboarding, addresses performance issues, handles escalations, communicates incidents to the Operations Manager, and pauses or shuts down zones when necessary. The role requires visible, decisive leadership while working directly with children and families.

Run one or more youth activity zones, maintaining safety, high participation, smooth rotations, and positive energy. Enforce rules, monitor the full area, respond to incidents, provide brief coaching-adjacent guidance, demonstrate activities, and communicate professionally with children and parents. The role requires staying active and engaged throughout shifts, completing safety training and a background check, and holding or obtaining CPR and First Aid certification.
