Assist with daily operations at an indoor sports and entertainment facility. Serve as manager on duty, supervise employees, support front desk and guest services, manage games, parties, events, opening and closing procedures, cleaning, and facility maintenance. Train and guide team members, resolve customer issues, maintain safe and engaging experiences, and support operational improvements. The role offers growth toward location management.
