Manage full-cycle workers' compensation billing: verify coverage, obtain authorizations, submit and track claims, investigate denials, prepare appeals, analyze denial trends, run billing reports, communicate with patients, providers, adjusters and payers, and support revenue cycle accuracy and timely payment resolution.

Perform accounts payable, payroll processing, bank and deposit reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and maintain payable/payroll records. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure HIPAA compliance, support monthly commission preparation, and assist the Controller with reporting and process improvements.

Manage patient and insurance payments: process credit card, check, and cash receipts; create and reconcile deposit batches; post to general ledger and daily cash logs; research unidentified payments; process refunds and AP for clinical supplies; ensure HIPAA, information security, and OSHA compliance; collaborate with Controller and Accounting team.
