Produces and publishes video, motion, web, brand, campaign, and executive thought-leadership content across digital, social, website, trade-show, and internal channels. Designs and builds responsive landing pages and digital experiences, maintains brand consistency, creates interactive and animated assets, and manages the content production pipeline from capture through publication. Collaborates with marketing, sales, HR, executives, agencies, vendors, and developers in a fast-moving environment.

Supports HR compliance, leave and accommodation administration, benefits, HR operations, employee records, reporting, policy administration, and process improvement. Provides guidance to employees and managers, coordinates audits and compliance documentation, supports onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, and partners with the Director of Human Resources on sensitive issues and organizational initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, HR systems, confidentiality, and multi-state compliance practices.

Sources, evaluates, negotiates with, and purchases materials and services. Manages suppliers, forecasts, inventory levels, ERP/MRP purchasing processes, delivery schedules, recalls, and excess or obsolete materials. Collaborates with engineering and production to meet requirements, analyzes financial and inventory data, resolves procurement issues, and supports procurement initiatives while maintaining supply continuity, quality, safety, and cost objectives.

Develop and improve budgeting, forecasting, financial models, variance analysis, management reporting, dashboards, and KPI analytics. Serve as Finance power user for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Datarails, supporting ERP implementation, reporting governance, automation, data modeling, and user training. Partner with IT and business leaders to connect operational data with financial performance, improve self-service reporting, and support executive decision-making.

Support and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP: troubleshoot issues, validate and cleanse master data, perform UAT and regression testing, train users, document processes, support reporting and dashboards, coordinate changes with implementation partners, and drive continuous process improvements across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT.

Manage and secure Microsoft cloud and on-premises infrastructure (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, M365). Provide Level 1/2 user support, endpoint and Windows administration, backups, virtualization assistance, network troubleshooting, and participate in IT projects and documentation.

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of control systems for high-power equipment. Develop PLC/CODESYS and Linux-based control software, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts; integrate inverters and VFDs; support commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation; mentor junior engineers and establish standards.

Lead manufacturing engineering to translate product designs into safe, repeatable, efficient production processes. Develop routings, standard work, tooling, labor standards, and capacity models. Own manufacturing requirements for ERP/MES, support production launches, continuous improvement, problem solving, and cross-functional readiness for new products and engineering changes.

Lead integrated supply chain planning and execution across demand, materials, warehouse, production logistics, transportation, and ERP/WMS. Establish operating cadence, governance, inventory control, and readiness reviews to reduce production interruptions, improve inventory performance, and scale planning processes while coaching supply chain and warehouse teams.

Perform electrical and mechanical testing and inspection of assemblies, verify wiring and control logic, troubleshoot control systems and VFDs, maintain industrial power systems, assist audits and R&D, monitor calibration and testing equipment, improve quality control processes, and train production teams.
