Generate and qualify enterprise and C-level prospects via research, personalized outbound/inbound outreach, discovery calls, and prospecting tools. Maintain HubSpot records, hit pipeline and demos-booked targets, collaborate with Sales to convert opportunities, and contribute feedback to refine outreach and messaging.

Design, build, deploy and maintain high‑load Java/Spring systems processing massive data volumes (>1TB/day). Work with big data, ETL pipelines, Postgres/SQL, microservices and CI/CD to improve reliability, test coverage, scalability and monitoring of production services.

Build and maintain modern dashboard UIs using React and TypeScript. Implement canvas-based generative AI pipelines, integrate async pipelines via WebSockets, ensure performance for large media datasets, shape UX decisions, and define data contracts with backend teams.

Lead and execute marketing strategy across brand, positioning, demand generation, content, and GTM. Own website, SEO/AEO, conversion funnels, CRO, PR, partnerships, and launches (including GenAI products). Manage an 8-person team, align with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth, and build an AI-first marketing stack.

Lead functional testing of frontends and APIs, design validation approaches for AI/non-deterministic outputs, verify asynchronous and event-driven flows, write clear bug reports and test documentation, engage early in development, collaborate with product, support and developers, and advocate for quality. Automating tests is a plus.
