Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing across the homeowner journey: design journeys, segmentation, personalization, and testing; create email content and messaging frameworks; manage campaigns, KPIs, and experimentation; ensure compliance-minded personalization; partner cross-functionally; build and lead a lifecycle team within 6–12 months while executing hands-on initial programs.

Lead identification, scoping, and delivery of production AI features and automation. Prototype and ship LLM-powered solutions, build RAG and agentic pipelines, create low-code workflows, integrate AI into existing systems, and partner cross-functionally to prioritize, deploy, monitor, and iterate on AI initiatives across product, operations, and business teams.

Lead and develop a team of Homeowner Advisors to meet application, funding, conversion, and revenue goals. Drive performance through coaching, forecasting, hiring, pipeline management, and process improvements. Own forecasting, analyze sales metrics, remove roadblocks cross-functionally, manage capacity, handle escalations, and ensure quality customer interactions and compliance.

Lead and develop a closing team responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and quality control. Manage pipelines, train new hires, resolve escalations, run projects end-to-end, analyze data, and align department goals with company objectives while fostering a positive team culture.

Manage end-to-end closings for home equity investment transactions: prepare and review documents and Closing Disclosures, coordinate notaries/title/escrow, set up wires and fund transactions, communicate with homeowners and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy, and provide coverage and support for the closing team and manager.

As a Homeowner Advisor, educate homeowners about equity investment products, manage inquiries, and guide them through the funding process while achieving uncapped commissions.
