The Processor manages loan application files, communicates with homeowners and vendors, and ensures accuracy in processing while meeting production goals.

Manage employee questions and HR support, leaves of absence, benefits administration, HRIS operations, compliance, reporting, policies, and internal People Ops resources. Plan offsites, virtual events, and culture initiatives for remote and hybrid teams. The role partners with brokers, carriers, leave providers, and internal stakeholders while continuously improving processes and employee experience.

Educate homeowners about home equity investments, answer questions, build trust, and manage multiple prospects from initial inquiry through closing. The role involves outbound calling, inbound pipeline management, accurate CRM tracking, collaboration with processors, and compliance with company policies and mortgage best practices. This hybrid position requires working in the San Diego office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely Mondays and Fridays. Compensation includes a $50,000 hourly-paid base, $122,000 annual on-target earnings, and uncapped commissions.
