Drive performance through coaching, forecasting, hiring, pipeline management, and process improvements. Own forecasting, analyze sales metrics, remove roadblocks cross-functionally, manage capacity, handle escalations, and ensure quality customer interactions and compliance.

Lead and develop a closing team responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and quality control. Manage pipelines, train new hires, resolve escalations, run projects end-to-end, analyze data, and align department goals with company objectives while fostering a positive team culture.
