Design marketing and brand visuals across paid ads, landing pages, social media, lifecycle campaigns, events, web experiences, video graphics, and emerging products. Apply and extend Splice’s brand system, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, and creative partners, and own projects from concept through launch. Iterate based on performance and feedback while working quickly across multiple projects.

Supports Splice’s VP of Corporate Development across the full M&A lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, market research, deal thesis development, valuation, financial modeling, diligence, transaction execution, and integration. The contractor also provides competitive intelligence, strategic analysis, buy/build/partner recommendations, and actionable insights to inform leadership decisions and growth initiatives.

Edit high-quality longform YouTube videos by syncing multicam footage and screen recordings, improving dialogue and audio levels, adding music, and shaping content for audience retention. The role requires professional experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, familiarity with music production or DAWs, and YouTube editing experience. Blender experience for 3D elements, text, or animation is a plus.

Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives across product, marketing, audio development, and business operations. Build data models, dashboards, self-serve reporting tools, and actionable company-wide metrics. Analyze activation funnels, A/B tests, growth KPIs, and product health while optimizing the analytics infrastructure. Partner with executives, engineering, product, marketing, and data engineering teams to improve governance, data adoption, and decision-making.

Build and maintain production data pipelines and models using SQLMesh, BigQuery, and Python. Improve observability, reliability, and performance; support finance and revenue pipelines; participate in on-call rotation and own features end-to-end.

Lead growth-focused product design across acquisition, onboarding, subscription/paywall, referrals, and lifecycle. Define measurable experiments, design variants, analyze results, and ship work that moves conversion and retention metrics. Partner with Principal Designer, PMs, engineers, and data scientists, contribute to the design system, and use AI-native tools in daily workflow.
