Teams at Splice

Supports Splice’s VP of Corporate Development across the full M&A lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, market research, deal thesis development, valuation, financial modeling, diligence, transaction execution, and integration. The contractor also provides competitive intelligence, strategic analysis, buy/build/partner recommendations, and actionable insights to inform leadership decisions and growth initiatives.

Owns program management and business operations for Splice Sounds, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, milestones, dependencies, meetings, communications, budgets, and reporting. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Content Operations to improve processes, resolve bottlenecks, track approximately $120,000 in monthly spending, and surface risks and insights to leadership. The role supports Audio Development teams but does not involve creative direction or content production.

Edit high-quality longform YouTube videos by syncing multicam footage and screen recordings, improving dialogue and audio levels, adding music, and shaping content for audience retention. The role requires professional experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, familiarity with music production or DAWs, and YouTube editing experience. Blender experience for 3D elements, text, or animation is a plus.
