Provide in-person post-sale customer support at the Melbourne hub: manage onboarding, returns, vehicle exchanges, fleet availability and maintenance coordination, resolve customer enquiries by phone and face-to-face, and ensure high-quality, professional customer interactions.

Lead and coach a team of Product Experts to drive vehicle subscription sales and customer success. Maintain deep product knowledge, conduct demonstrations, implement sales strategies, manage customer journeys from enquiry to onboarding, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise solutions and meet sales targets.

Manage overdue accounts through the full collections cycle, negotiate payment plans, reconcile debtor balances, liaise with customers and internal teams, ensure compliance with credit control policies and TCF principles, and report on aged debt to identify trends and risks.

The Claims Administrator will support the Motor Claims team by managing claims, financials, and documentation, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity.

The Workshop Controller oversees workshop operations, manages scheduling and resource allocation, maintains safety compliance, controls costs, and drives process improvements to ensure efficient fleet maintenance.
