Lead and coach 11 phone-based Sales Consultants across Victoria and New South Wales. Drive sales growth, lead conversion, call quality, customer upgrades, and pipeline performance. Implement sales best practices, manage multiple lead channels, use data to guide coaching and decisions, and ensure effective CRM reporting. The role is based in Sydney with occasional travel to Victoria.

Supports the Australian finance team with bank and balance sheet reconciliations, routine and month-end journal entries, general ledger analysis, accounts payable, company card processing, finance system updates, and month-end and year-end close activities. The role also provides audit support and handles ad hoc finance priorities while developing practical accounting experience in a collaborative environment.

Face-to-face customer coordinator managing post-sale lifecycle: handle walk-ins, vehicle exchanges/returns, damage inspections, billing and insurance issues, record interactions in CRM/vehicle systems, coordinate with fleet and sales, and ensure contract compliance while delivering empathetic, solution-focused service.

Lead national hub operations across six Australian cities, manage and develop Hub Managers, own operations strategy, budgets and WHS compliance, partner on maintenance and procurement, and drive fleet disposal strategy to optimise returns and fleet profile.
