Teams at Splend

Supports the Australian finance team with bank and balance sheet reconciliations, routine and month-end journal entries, general ledger analysis, accounts payable, company card processing, finance system updates, and month-end and year-end close activities. The role also provides audit support and handles ad hoc finance priorities while developing practical accounting experience in a collaborative environment.

Run day-to-day operations of Splend's Adelaide hub, lead a small team, manage fleet logistics and utilization, oversee full customer lifecycle, and personally drive sales and onboarding to grow the state hub.

Face-to-face customer coordinator managing post-sale lifecycle: handle walk-ins, vehicle exchanges/returns, damage inspections, billing and insurance issues, record interactions in CRM/vehicle systems, coordinate with fleet and sales, and ensure contract compliance while delivering empathetic, solution-focused service.
