Manages Spirit Electronics’ e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, documentation, customer inquiries, and fulfillment routing. Coordinates with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, Accounting, Quality, and IT to maintain accurate online information and improve the purchasing experience. Tracks e-commerce performance, identifies sales opportunities, supports ERP and CRM integrations, and recommends enhancements to grow digital sales.

Drive technical sales for high-reliability semiconductor backend, packaging, assembly, and MIL-STD qualification services. Cultivate Tier 1 accounts in aerospace, defense, automotive, and medical, lead technical discovery and RFP capture, collaborate with internal engineering to design custom backend solutions, manage pipeline in CRM, present capabilities, and represent the company at industry events.

Drive sales growth for Spirit's engineering and technical services in aerospace and defense by developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, delivering technical presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to provide customized solutions while forecasting pipeline and supporting business development activities.
