Support AS9100 QMS through document control, nonconformance investigations, internal audits, supplier quality monitoring, corrective/preventive actions, quality metrics reporting, audit support, FAIR review, calibration records, and quality improvement initiatives.

Provide technical pre-sales support for aerospace/defense microelectronics and semiconductor projects: review RFQs, audit BOMs and datasheets, interpret MIL-STD and quality clauses, coordinate with engineering/quality/purchasing/lab teams, track customer interactions in ERP/CRM, support audits, and improve support processes to ensure compliant, accurate quotes and timely issue resolution.

Perform hands-on failure and destructive physical analysis of microelectronics, semiconductors, EEE components, and PCBAs using C-SAM, X-ray, decapsulation, SEM/EDS and cross-sectioning. Quote and track lab work orders, manage lab resources and equipment maintenance, produce technical reports and presentations, ensure SOPs meet AS9100/ISO9001, support audits, and liaise with Technical Sales and Quality.

Manage complex aerospace-focused programs across engineering, lab, and supply chain teams. Develop program plans, control material demand, monitor performance, mitigate risks, maintain schedules, report to customers, and ensure contract compliance and on-time delivery.

Lead engineering operations across electrical testing, environmental/analytical testing, and circuit card assembly. Manage projects, resources, lab and assembly infrastructure, budgets, and supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with MIL-STD-883 and AS9100, drive continuous improvement and technology adoption, support customer technical engagements, and mentor engineering talent.

Drive technical sales for high-reliability semiconductor backend, packaging, assembly, and MIL-STD qualification services. Cultivate Tier 1 accounts in aerospace, defense, automotive, and medical, lead technical discovery and RFP capture, collaborate with internal engineering to design custom backend solutions, manage pipeline in CRM, present capabilities, and represent the company at industry events.

Drive sales growth for Spirit's engineering and technical services in aerospace and defense by developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, delivering technical presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to provide customized solutions while forecasting pipeline and supporting business development activities.

Manage AS9100 quality processes including nonconformance disposition, supplier FAIs, SCARs (8D), quality metrics, internal/external audits, supplier oversight, risk management, and continuous improvement. Provide QA support for MIL-STD-883 nondestructive testing, maintain quality records and databases, interface with customers, and develop technical quality documentation.
